I was happily using my system, using either WindowsXP or SuSE 8.1, but I was
so un-wise to make some changes to the system files through YAST2, and now I
can't boot up to Linux anymore. It boots up with a few error messages like
not able to set up the local loop, but then hangs on Samba waiting for CUPS
to be ready. Is there a way I can skip this step, so I can start to correct
    my settings again?
GRUB still works fine, and I also can boot up WinXP without a problem.

Any help is welcome, I am not very advanced with Linux.

    Regards,
    Frits
