    Hi

I have problem with my home pc, my daughter accidentally powered off
my pc while I was in the middle of a Palm hot sync and now when it is
rebooting it hangs on the loading hot plug devices, what steps should I take
to get my pc back up and running. I tried to boot from the cd and do the
rescue option but I can't mount the partition on the hard disk. I don't want
to reinstall and this all happened just before I was about to backup my pc
overnight what luck I have. Is there a check disk utility I can run in SuSE
? I am running SuSE 8.2 with all the latest patches.

    I'm curious O:-)

Is there some kind of script or program that takes the output from the
firewall logs, and makes out a nice report?

Like resolving hostnames, replacing the local ip by "local" (separating this
incoming from outgoing), the port numbers by services (including those used
by edonkey and the lot), etc?

    And then, statistics?
