Ugh, you really need to do some reading on your own.
man cdrdao
"source" as the pair to "destination". You read from source and write
to destination.
/usr/bin/cdrdao read-cd --source-device 0,0,0 --source-driver
generic-mmc --paranoia-mode 3 -n -v 2 --eject --remote 20 --datafile
/tmp/kde-erik/k3b_0.img /tmp/kde-erik/k3b_0.toc
