Dear All
I am new to Linux and am having a problem configuring SuSE 8.2 Pro to access
the internet.
8.2 is set up on a 40GB HD with WinXP set up on second 120GB HD.
Access to the web is networked via a second machine with Linux Smoothwall
1.0 firewall and ADSL modem. Access is fine under WinXP.
8.2 has clearly identified Eth0 and this I have configured for DHCP in
YAST2. However, when booting into Linux it fails to establish the network
connection.
This is obviously stopping me from getting on with Linux as I would like and
look forward to any help that you can provide.
Regards
Humvee
