I downloaded the file firewall2-a4-0-9.pdf from sourceforge
but I can't open it with acrobat nor gv. Is there a text or
    html version anywhere?

Acrobat could not open 'firewall2-a4-0-9.pdf' because it is
either not a supported file type or because the file has
been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email
    attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

    Thanks. Steve.
