I've compared your XF86Config file to the one residing in my /etc/X11
directory and found following important differences that might be a lead
    to resolution of your problems:

    [1] You are missing
    -----------------------
       Screen 0
    -----------------------
    entry inside the "Device" section.

[2] Also, inside same section you are missing
    -----------------------
       Option "Rotate" "off"
    -----------------------
line, and you got "nv" instead of "nvidia" as Driver parameter value.

    [3] You are missing
    -----------------------
       Option "RandR" "on"
    -----------------------
    entry inside the "ServerFlags" section.

    [4] You are missing
    -----------------------
       Option "CalcAlgorithm" "CheckDesktopGeometry"
    -----------------------
    entry inside the "Monitor" section.

Anyway, all these differences may not be anything unusual for your
configuration (except those labeled as [1] and [4]). But, don't despair.
I suggest you check plethora of "having-something-to-do-with-starting-X"
log files in your /var/log directory, namely: boot.msg, kdm.log,
    SaX.log, XFree86.0.0.log, XFree86.0.log, XFree86.99.0.log,
    nvidia-installer.log, etc.

For example, I had the following entry in /var/log/kdm.log file:
    ----------------------------
    XFree86 Version 4.3.0.1
    Release Date: 9 May 2003
    X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0, Release 6.6
Build Operating System: SuSE Linux [ELF] SuSE
    Build Date: 23 September 2003
            Before reporting problems, check http://www.XFree86.Org/
to make sure that you have the latest version.
    Module Loader present
Markers: (--) probed, (**) from config file, (==) default setting,
(++) from command line, (!!) notice, (II) informational,

    Fatal server error:
    no screens found

This made me add (weirdly missing) line:
    ----------------------------
       Screen "Screen[0]"
    ----------------------------
to the "ServerLayout" section of the XF86Config - and everything went
    well afterwards!

In order to avoid mailing-list clutter, I sent you my XF86Config file
    directly to linux@sergioespinoza.com.

    Greetz & don't give up,
    Игор :)

P.S. Sorry for typing your name incorrectly in one of previous mails.
