cdrdao read-cd --driver generic-mmc-raw --device 0,0,0 --read-raw
--paranoia-mode 3 windowscd.toc
cdrdao write --driver generic-mmc-raw --device 0,1,0 --speed 48 -v 2
--reload windowscd.toc
This usually works for me, but I haven't tried one of those
damaged-so-you-can't-copy-them discs, as far as I know. You might have
to adjust the --device to suit your setup.
