Received 9.0 on wednesday installed on the laptop last night with one
glitch. If I have ACPI turned on and try and configure the sound the
machine locks up instantly when starting the sound. And any reboots
fail. If I turn off ACPI the sound gets installed and works. In order to
use ACPI I need to boot with ACPI turned off and remove the sound card
from the configuration first and then boot with ACPI.
