Well I've only ever used the pro editions, but there is now samba setup
through yast, although personally I just edit the file \etc\samba\smb.conf
and then use either KDE's intergrated smb browser or LinNeighborhood.

I cant imagine them not including smbclient in the personal edition, it may
not be part of the base installation however. Check unddr Yast.

Remember if it isnt there that you can download it from suse's ftp site free
of charge, theres plenty of documentation on samba.org and if you need help
just ask.
