Okay, I have to be posting wrong this is the third
time posting and still no luck, If anyone is recieving
this post let me know please, I'm wondering If perhaps
I'm sending to the wrong address, since I
haven't heard a response. If I am sending to the wrong
address please inform me how to recieve help with
this.I have also posted with SuSE support but no news
    yet.

    Suse 9.0 won't install

    Here's the Deal:
I've got an old box that I'm piecing together as a
    file server, I
haven't gotten as far as to find out the make/model of
the Mobo, has an AMD K6-2 333Mhz chip and 128Mb RAM,
Aside from that it's a bunch of
spare parts. I have run windows 2000 server (ashamed
    to admit) on this
box just to see if it was a hardware problem I
    overlooked, But it ran
    fine.

I want to install Suse 9.0 on this box:
When I try to boot from CD or from Floppy I get the
    following Error:

    Initializing gfx code...
    Memory: 0x10000 - 0x5ee00, img data at 0x2cb14

    And that's where she stalls.

In order to narrow it down abit I installed Mandrake
    8.0 Mandrake went
through the Install fine (Except I had to do it in
    text mode, but I've
had to do that before on perfectly fine machines).
    After the Mandrake
install, It boots and freezes with

    Loading Lilo 21.7........

But goes no further, I have also tried to install SuSE
    8.2 but have
the same luck as with 9.0.

I have changed Video cards All (OLD) Legacy cards:
    Trident (vga-pro-9440P1M), Diamond (Diamond Monster
Fusion Z100 16MB PCI chipset Voodoo Banshee), ATI Rage
Pro Turbo 8MB PCI Video Card, and an STB card I can't
    find specs on.
Any insight into this would be greatly appriciated!!
