I have created a clean install of SuSE 9.0 and configured a USB wireless
device (Netgear MA101B). When I 'hotplug' the MA101B, it is recognized and
the network comes up and DHCP runs. I can then access the internet without
    difficulty.

However, if the Netgear MA101B is plugged in before the boot of SuSE 9.0,
apparently the USB device is not recognized and the network does not come
up. In fact, a "ifup WLAN0" at a console prompt does seem to do anything
either. But if I unplug and plug the MA101B usb device, the network comes
    up.

In SuSE 9.0, is there anyway to have this device automatically come up
    during boot processing?
