Who cares? :-)
It is a DVD, so you don't write to it and spoil it. And you can read it,
as you installed SuSE, don't you? If it works, don't mend it.
And, if you disable DMA your DVD won't be fast enough for movies. Also
your HDs will be noticeably slower.
