    Hi!

    Pls, anybody?
I'm trying to update my suse 8.2 to 9.0 which I've downloaded.
However, after selecting update mode and the existing root partition to
update, I get an error message: "Partitions could not be mounted."
And the installation will not proceed because it "failed to mount the target
    system".

I have i386 architecture, and my partition table is
    hda1 19.5Gb HPFS/NTFS (WIN XP)
    hda2 100,4GB Linux Swap
    hda3 40.3Gb WIN 95 FAT32 LBA
    hda4 53.6Gb Linux native

Suse 9.0 source is at hda3, and this seems to work fine. I've previously done
the 8.1 to 8.2 upgrade in the same way. hda4 is using reiserfs.

Two other strange things (to me) that I've noticed are that
    1) The hda2 files are suddenly case insensitive.
    2) md5sum fails on only one file, namely MD5SUMS.....

Any guesses as to what could be wrong?

    Cheers,
    Sune
