[SLE] MainActor and vcd

    Dear All,

    I have the Main Actor 3.5 on my Suse 8.2 and made a mpeg that I was
    hoping to change into vcd so that I may burn it on cd.

    My question is this. Can it be done through Main Actor? I thought
    someone did it with Main Actor here but I cannot figure out how. Any
    suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
