I've been horribly misunderstood. I've already installed previous
versins of the source. I just was looking for a gz or bz2 archive
rather than an rpm. Why? man I don't know. Anyway I ended up installing
    the kernel-source-2.4.21-151.i586.rpm.

One question, whats the diference between a kernel-source-2.4.*.rpm and
    a kernel-source-2.4.*.src.rpm (rpm vs src.rpm)

    Thanks to all who replied
