    I don't think it's you. I've been trying many different mirrors all
    afternoon, and I can't get my local mirror to sync up with any of them.
    Something's wrong with the whole business. Unfortunately, I can only
    assume that a bad file got placed on the server, but if that were true,
    and no one can download that stopper, then how did it propogate to the
    mirrors? rsync maybe? The one with a problem? Beats me. All I know is
    that it ain't workin'.
