sane requires from gimp:

As you can see libgimp-1.2.so.0 is not provided by gimp-1.3. Perhaps it is
sufficient to create a link from libgimp-1.3.so.19 to libgimp-1.2.so.0.
Besides that you may experiment with fake-provides to satisfy apt;
