    Hi all,

I have just installed SuSE 9.0 with Apache 2 and realised that cgi can only be
executed with permission set to at least 705. But my ISP server, with Apache
1.3.3, can execute cgi with permission 701.

How can I configure the system to work just like my ISP?

BTW, is 701 more secure than 705?

Thanks a lot and happy new year.
