I just tried the following command with different partition values and I
finally found it (as root):
mount -o uid=richard,gid=users -t vfat /dev/sdb1 /media/sda1
make sure the mount point exists (/media/sda1), and the uid exists.
change /dev/sdb1 to /dev/sd(a-z)(0-9) (loop trough it sda1, sdb1, sdc1, etc)
