/etc/exports:
/ 192.168.100.100(async,rw)
/mnt/foo 192.168.100.100(async,rw,nohide)
Note what it says in the man page:
The nohide option is currently only effective on
single host exports. It does not work reliably
with netgroup, subnet, or wildcard exports.
