There's is nothing to it... you just tell Yast, under mail configuration,
that you have postfix, use antivirus detection, and use procmail for local
delivery - this means that you have to designate a user that will receive
root's mail. Also, in yast, services, I activate spamd and amavis to run
    on boot.

Then, I simply edit my user /home/user/.procmailrc file and the first
    recipe is:

    :0fw
    | /usr/bin/spamc
    :0 a:
    * ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
    $HOME/Mail/in_spam

And that's all. SpamAssassin could be set to run from /etc/procmailrc, but
I haven't - I prefer it to be user fired. Personal choice. If you set it
globally, simply use the first half of the recipe, leave the actual
filtering to the user. Be warned that using postfix the global file of
procmail might fail, or might not (it will not run as root).

For antivirus, I use 'amavisd-postfix' - which in turn will use 'antivir'
for virus detection. It comes from 'H+BEDV Datentechnik GmbH', commercial
but free of charge for private users. You must register it if you want to
get the updates, and get full functionality.

Make sure, before using yast to configure postfix, that 'antivir' runs
correctly: simply try to scan a file. If it complains, mail could get
stuck in transit (or bounced, at worst).
