Tom,
I went to the archieves expecting to see an answer to
your question. I was surprized it was not there.
I know what you want to do can be achieved in Konq 3.1.2,
because that is what i am running, and mine asks:
"Download or Open"
As I remember, I changed it via the "Control Center"
--> ???
but I can't find exactly where now.
