    I am running KDE 3.2 on SuSE 8.1 and Kbear no longer works for me either. I downloaded KDE
    3.2 using Kbear but Kbear became broken after I upgraded. When trying to connect to an FTP
    site an error message pops up saying the connect process died unexpectedly.. hrrrumph.
