It appears to be a known bug in various versions of QT and KDE from a google
search. I have had it since upgrading to KDE 3.1.4 and am not running 3.2. I
have a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 2 using the PS/2 port. I posted to
feedback at SuSE but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing it.
