Don't think the free FTP versions ever had support. Red Hat
discontinued
a whole product line and dropped its support.
I don't see many SuSE enterprise customers on this list (I mean having
purchased the enterprise edition), they are out numbered by the
Pro/Personal editions.
Wouldn't worry too much about SuSE doing a RedHat, RedHat has always
made the weirder moves! Plus RedHat leaving that space has left that
market open imho.
