Thanks for telling me what you need. :-) Here it is.
We're using gpg, DSA algorithm, length of1024. When I encrypt I use the key
he sent me --and I signed-- yet he cannot decrypt what I've sent.
If you need more info, please tell me what you require & I'll do my best to
supply it. :-)
