a simple 'ls -l' should show what you want. or to just show for that one
directory, use 'ls -ld <dirname>' (the 'd' will stop ls from going into
the directory and just show the info about the directory itself).
it should show something like:
drwxrwxr-x 11 drathos users 4096 Feb 25 13:56 music/
