    Good day John and thank you for your reply,

    the answer to your question is: Because I want automated installation.
    I am careful too. That is why I ask the question. :o)
    Nothing is mounted while the installation is running. I will be
    booting from floppy or CD to start the automatic installation and let
    it do its job. I do not see how I will be able to use the production
    system while the automated installation is running, but if anyone
    knows, I would be very glad to hear about it. :o)

    So, back to my original question:
    Does the control file snippet I sent out seem to do what I want?
