One thing to remember is that typically your local
directory /var/lib/YAST2/you/mnt will have only those patches, that you have
previously selected (or accepted) for download. That means there will be some
patches that have just not been downloaded and therefor will not be on that
disk.
That's probably fine for this particular machine, but not if this CD is meant
to be a generic YOU-CD. If you want it to be generic make sure that you have
selected "download all available patches" in YOU prior to creating the CD.
