    You should go to /etc/cups/cupsd.conf. Read the comments in the file,
    as the manual says nothing about this issue. You'll have to have CUPS
    listen to the correct port, and down toward the end, just comment out
    the lines in the <??? /admin> section. That should do the trick for
    you. Also check out cups.org - they have a mailing list too.
