    Hi All,

    I haven't decided if I like or dislike the tooltips enough to try
    changing this, but FYI under Control Center -> Appearance & Themes ->
    Window Decorations -- at the very bottom -- is a "General Options (if
    Available)" panel with a "Show window button tooltips" checkbox. Might
    that be what you're looking for?
