How can I print only all odd or even pages of a document by Acroread,
GV, GhostView, Xpdf on my EPSON STYLUS COLOR C60 ?
How can I tell CUPS to print both front and back for each page when I
use those printers that can handle that ? It looks like this is feature
    of Windows only ... !

    Thank you very much.
