    This seems to be a common phenomenon. The other day there was a thread about
    not being able to install packages that weren't signed, or that were signed
    with an unknown key. The accepted solution? Turn off the security checks.
    Here you have a problem about not being allowed to run graphical
    applications. Your solution? Turn off the security checks.

    Please stop turning off security checks. That way windows lies
