[SLE] 8.2 install problem

    Oops - sorry, pressed the wrong key...

    Have a Maxtor DiamondMax 160 GB HD

    C= 16.6 GB
    D= 7.8 GB
    E= 128.0 GB

    All are FAT32 format

    Windows-XP pro is on C, D and E and empty.

    Try to put SuSE on what Win calls E... but when it
    tries to repartition and format with reiserFS I get
    errors.

    QUOTE:

    Thought perhaps SuSE could not use that large of a HD,
    but when I said use the whole disk it went fine.
    However, I do still need some Win programs ... :-(
