[SLE] non-root login problem

    Dear SuSE users,
    When I tries to login suse8.2 system with non-root users with ssh protocol, it says "cannot find account for UID 500", and the connection closed.
    But telnet is ok.
    I have no idea what is wrong with this computer. No NIS server is running.
    It is very urgent.
