Sounds to me like your MB isnt fast enough for 200 MHz.
Something along the IDE controller line is failing at those speeds.
Could be RAM, could be Chipset, could be busspeed anomalities..
Try stepping up from 100 in smaller steps.
Run under heavy load for extended time to check stability.
