I have been trying to find an explanation of just what the /sys directory
is on 9.1 but cannot seem to find much. (I had to exclude it from my
backup to make the backup work.) Could someone point me to the appropriate
    documentation or sdb article(s)?

    Thank you,
    Lucky Leavell
