This is a good question and I would like to add to it. In 9.0, I could
use the right shift-right win keys in combo to give me special
characters, international letters, degree sign for tempertures, etc.,
but that doesn't work in 9.1! It seems to start, but never gives you
the special character. Or rather I should say that rt shift-rt win
activates something, but not the compose key like it use too. Where
did that function go. This is for a US keyboard setup, pc-104 setting.
