[SLE] Kernel 2.6.5-7.75 update problem - missing file

    After installing the 2.6.5-7.75 kernel, I'm missing the file:
    /lib/modules/2.6.5-7.75-default/build/arch/i386/Makefile

    I need to come up with this somehow in order to install captive-NTFS.
    Does anyone know how to recreate it or where to find it? FWIW,
    previous kernels had the appropriate file where it was supposed to be
    - this problem is new with 2.6.5-7.75.
