I just bought a new hard drive and formatted it. SuSE seems to detect
it just fine, because when I look in Yast under Hardware-->Hardware
Information I see it listed under the IDE setting. It is shown as
/dev/hdb and is using the ide-disk just like my 1st hard drive.

So, my question is why I can't seem to mount it. I didn't partition
it, but I can't figure out how to do so. I tried to insert
Installation CD1 and do "Update system", but that didn't work. So,
how do I partition that hard drive?

    Thanks as always!
