    Hi !

My system is a SuSE 9.1, and my keyboard is a international
keyboard from Logitech. My system is configured to use US accents:

    YaST/System/Select Keyboard Layout/Portuguese (Brazil -- US accents).

The problem is the key sequence ' + c is not generating a
    c-cedilla. Instead, I got a c with a acute accent (a c-acute).
Is supposed to this key sequence generate a c-cedilla.
All other accent+vowel works as expected (αινσϊ, etc)

How can I fix this ? The c-cedilla is a important character in my
    language.

any ideas will be welcome !
