I went ahead and removed the logrotate rpm i had installed then
downloaded it again and tried to install. when i run rpm -i log* , i get
this..

Exception in ../SRC/services.c, line 299 concerning file not
opened
var/tmp/rpm-tmp.92164: line 3: etc/rc.config.xtract: No such file or
directory
