[SLE] still slight keyboard strangeness

    Hi

    just over a week ago i asked on the group how to solve this somewhat
    strange problem i have with the keyboard .

    The complete system is setup for English GB keyboard and all works
    well unless i reboot the system then when i try using the " or '
    chars ie Shift+2 or just ' they do not work i have to hit the
    key twice to get the chars to get the char on display , I can solve
    it by going into yast system keyboard and accepting the settings but
    i would like to have it done once and not have to repeat it every
    time i have to reboot the box not too many times but still
