    Hi, I made the mistake!
    :-(.

    I was setting the video monitor sync frequency as a normal user under KDE
    with yast program and I insert a wrong setting for vertical resolution.

    Now even if I try to retart the system in safe setting and once logged as
    root user I run startx command the problem remain, I got the sync error
    message from my monitor and obviusly I can't go on.

    In windows I should know how resolve the problem as I have the possibility
    to start the sistem in safe mode and always using GUI restore the corret
    setting, but with SUSE Linux how I can resolve this problem??
