    Dear Egidio
            I'm not sure if this will help but I had the same
    type of problem, i.e.: incorrect monitor settings. If
    you can get to a command line / terminal:

            su to root
            
            init 3 to set runlevel to 3

            sax2 should load Sax2 for you so you can

            change the settings. I think this might help.
    NOTE: Sax2 has to run at runlevel 3.
