I use PuTTy to create an SSH tunnel and once I login to SSH I run vncserver.
All I had to do to get VNC to show my X-Desktop was edit the xstartup script
in ~/.vnc and change the last line from tdm to /opt/kde3/startkde. Now,
when I connect from WinXP with vncviewer through the SSH tunnel, it loads my
    SuSE X-Desktop.
