    So, you're saying switching to a text console clears it for you? It
    certainly would be nice if it also worked in 9.1, so that all three
    Linux systems here could be the same version. I have 9.1 on my
    firewall, but since I didn't enable a graphical desktop on it, the KVM
    is not an issue. I also run 9.1 on my ThinkPad, which isn't connected
    to the KVM. My other computer runs OS/2, which doesn't have a problem
    with the KVM switch.
