It doesn't apear to support EMF, but check out the formats supported
by ImageMagick (man ImageMagick). If one of those formats will work
for you (SVG is in there, for example), you can just do
convert file.pdf file.svg
at the command line.
Alternatively, there's a program listed on freshmeat called pstoedit
which will convert PS and PDF to several other formats, including
EMF. That's the result of a search for "PDF EMF" at freshmeat.net,
BTW. It appears that pstoedit is included with SuSE 9.0 and 9.1...
