    Hi to all,

If I wish to setup a user's profile in a certain way (default background,
various settings, etc) and apply those profile changes universally, how
would I go about doing it?

I know there's /etc/skel - and I could copy various settings into there for
newly created users to get by default. but I don't think /etc/skel is where
KDE keeps its default settings for users, does it?
Would the easiest way be to just copy some settings between existing
profiles? Does anyone have a script to do something like this that replaces
    userID's appropriately, etc?

    TIA,

    Jesse
