I will try dd_rhelp. It uses dd_rescue but has a few improvements to
save you time (that is what it says at least) It starts at arbitrary
places on the disc and if it encounters bad blocks, it jumps to another
place an works its way back in reversed direction
I'll let you know what the success rate is!
